My Educational Philosophies
There are numerous things that are vital in the classroom in order to achieve student learning. My own reflective practice is essential in developing teaching qualities and strategies that work optimally for students' needs. Differentiated instruction and student-guided learning are also important in ensuring every student is being challenged and remains engaged. By making content relevant, understandable, and intriguing to students, a higher level of student learning and critical thinking in students can be achieved.
Apart from the intellectual needs of students, teachers must also always keep in mind the social, mental, and physical needs that every student has. When a positive social, mental, physical, and intellectual environment is provided for students, only then can an opimal level of learning be achieved.
